Label Requirements:
- Labels should be wound #4 on label wind chart; meaning, labels face outside of roll with the left edge leading
- Front and back labels on one web (FB-1), or,
on separate webs (FB-2)
- Maximum label height: 6 ¾”
- Minimum label height: ¾”
- Minimum label width: ¾”
- Roll diameter –not to exceed 11 inches in outside diameter, to reduce label waste
- Center of label roll core is 3 inches in diameter
- A minimum of 1\8 inch spacing between labels for electronic sensing
***Notes:
- Larger labels will find the imperfections in the glass which may cause puckering; although they can be applied, smaller labels are recommended
- For tapered bottles, front and back labels should be on separate webs (FB-2), to make application more consistent
